As you all may know Kamdon will be arriving very soon!! I will never forget the look on Brandon's face when I told him we were pregnant. It was the best feeling in the world. Brandon and I are both tickled to death and can't wait to meet our first son.
On Thursday, March 11, 2010 I started having strong contractions and was very uncomfortable. Brandon rushed me to the Hospital (thinking this was it) Doctor Mauldin said that I was dilated to a 3 and was in labor. They hooked me up to every monitor you could be hooked up to and said they needed to monitor Kamdon's heartbeat and other activity. Thats when they then noticed that Kamdon had a arrhythmia in his heartbeat which means it skips a beat. Dr. Mauldin thought that since I was 35 weeks and since Kamdon has an arrhythmia he needed to stop the labor. I take two different medications every 4 hours. It's a pain, but you do what you have to do and what is best for you and your child. Since then I've been staying at home and resting. We go to the doctor March 23! Let's hope we get great news!
